Mailing Address, City, St., Zip Tents or umbrella's are required. Most spaces are 13' x 13'. A 10' x 10' tent fits nicely. Any other set up will need to be pre-approved by market manager. *Food Vendors must have cover for their food in case of rain to avoid possible contamination. *Do you require Electric *How Many Spaces will you need to rent? *What date would you be available to attend our market? *Occasionally we may use photographs from the market . Do you agree to allow us to use a photograph of you, your employees and/or your booth? By Entering into this agreement and submitting it to the market manager, each vendor agrees to waive any and all liability against The Oceanside Business Association and The Farmers' Market Oceanside of Vero Beach. To submit a copy of liability insurance covering your participation in The Farmers' Market Oceanside of Vero Beach with limits of at least $300,000 general and product liability. You also agree to follow all market rules and guidelines, that you have all required permits, licenses, etc. and to pay the current rate as posted in those guidelines. *Please list your insurance company, name, policy # and expiration date.

New weekly vendors will need to plan on paying for the first weeks market rent and for the following weeks rent in advance. If you have to miss a week at the market your space must be paid for, for that week in order for a space to be saved. If you don't notify the market manager that you are unable to attend the market at least by Thursday prior to the next market day and you don't attend the market your space is automatically forfieted. If you want to return to the market you will have to wait until a space is available. If you give a weeks notice that you will not be able to attend the market, it will be at the decretion of the market manager to waive the fee for that week as a courtesy for the advance notice.

Vendors that don't want to commit to being a regular weekly vendor are welcome to call on Friday to see if we have open space for Saturday or take your chances and show up to see if there is space available.

*Each vendor has reviewed and agrees to follow the Market Rules and that he or she has the required licenses and permits to conduct business at the market.
